Your first look at SOMETHING WICKED

If anyone out there knows me personally, then you know that patience is not one of my strong points. I try, really I do, but when I want something, I want it immediately, and I will usually do whatever I can to get it right away. Of course, being in publishing, there is so much I have to wait for that is completely out of my control. Publishing is slow, y’all. Which means, it’s going to be quite some time before we get anything official for SOMETHING WICKED. Which means, I went ahead and commissioned some character art because I COULD NOT WAIT. And I am OB.SESSED.

Cate and Callum, the two main characters from SOMETHING WICKED, have been with me for a long time (I started the first version of this book back in 2020) and by now, they feel like old friends. And so I had a very specific vision for them. I worked with Tanya (@tatiartty on Instagram) to make sure this first realization of them was perfect. So let me tell you a little about them! Lady Caterine is a courtesan at the premiere pleasure club in Stratford City, Avon. She is also Gifted, with the unique power of being able to manipulate people’s emotions when they orgasm in her presence. Cate uses this ability for good, helping her clients deal with their grief and anger and fear. Callum is the de-throned prince of Scota, a province of Avon. Having been born and raised to serve his people, he doesn’t know quite what to do with himself when the resistance organization called the Uprising overthrows the monarchs of Avon.

I don’t want to say too much more just yet, but just know I am obsessed with these two and their love story and I cannot wait to share more. But for now, without further ado, here’s your first look at Cate and Callum!
